I have 2 lawns divided with a walk path in between (lawn 1 is pic 1 and 2, lawn 2 is pic 3 and 4). One of them is very yellow and grass seems dead and the roots are coming loose when raking, the other one is green and fine.
I fertilized 3 weeks ago and both have gotten the same treatment all year. They were allowed to grow a bit long for the roots to develop and because of a lot of rain for a week. I then cut it down over 3 days reducing the height, same procedure for both lawns, still one struggles and the other one thrives.
