So, if I was going to recommend someone to, hey, let’s start with the exterior. If I was going to get them a few small projects to do to get the house ready for curb appeal for that wow factors they pull up, what are a couple small things that people can do that won’t overwhelm them? Yeah. So, something that won’t overwhelm anybody when it comes to just the project and just the cost in general is going to be pressure washing. You know, pressure washing the driveway, maybe the walkway if there isn’t a driveway. Small things like that really make the house pop when people are driving down the road. some trim landscaping, updating the lighting of the house, especially if it’s getting close to the evening and it’s getting dark. Sometimes people like to drive around and see what the house looks like at night, too. Okay. Well, besides just keeping it mowed and looking pretty. Those are some things you can do besides just throwing out mulch or throwing out new flowers or something depending on the season. I guess that too. Yes, mulch compliments any kind of house depending on the color. Usually when you’re doing that, that’s something you choose accordingly.
