See this water in the trench? We’ve talked a lot about earthworks, swailes, terraces. This is the proof that it’s working. That water instead of being sent down the hill, it stayed up here on the on the burm. It has the ability to sink into the ground and where the the ground will store that water so we don’t have to water our crops as much. Look how happy these tomatoes are. We got baby tomatoes happening. These are San Morzano. That’s the original marinara sauce tomato. They kind of look like peas a little bit. This is a small one, but they’re a little bit lumpy, but they make an awesome sauce.
