Ugh hate this tree my neighbor has one and I have two trying to grow and I’ve been cutting it down and won’t die. Anyone know of an effective way to kill them?

Terrible exotic, invasive in North America. Really doesn’t matter if it has aesthetic and/or medicinal properties that some humans find useful for themselves. It is harmful to native plant and wildlife species, which means harmful to humans. It should be banned from sale and destroyed whenever possible, just like any exotic invasive.
