I just went to check if it needed watering and found all these rock looking things. I googled but no idea. I’m a novice house plant lover and I’m so lost. They’re hard to the touch but I didn’t mess with them too much.

My string of Hearts has this too! It means your plant is very happy. Each of those “rock” things(i dunno the actual name) will produce a new plant if you stick it in dirt!

These ‘rocks’ are tubers – the plant stores energy in them, and if you repot those, new vines will grow from them. The fact that they are appearing is good news – it’s a sign that your plant is healthy!

No advice to offer, but that’s a gorgeous plant and setup

Which plant is that? Is it the string of turtles?

What is this plant called? It is nice looking and the tuber -rocks are fascinating!

  7. If one of the tubers comes down towards that lower shelf, leave it attached to the plant but drop it in a cup of water.

I see your question has been answered, but just wanted to say that this entire area/shelf and your plants are so beautiful and well-designed! If you put this together, you have a real eye for interior design imo

First tell us what are you feeding it ? 😡

Just kidding – consider these as energy “rocks”. Plant them and boom, you’ve got yourself a plant that rocks
