Mine has these but super beat up. Some are 150 for a bigger one but still super beat up.

I work at a Home Depot garden centre and keep periodically checking these guys to see if any sell. Started with only 6 in stock a month ago, and only 1 has sold. Pretty crispy now but still at full price of $150 (I can’t mark them down since they’re not part of the garden centre 😔) I’m just waiting for them to get ugly so I can hopefully convince someone to mark them down for 50% off or more for me 🤣

A 6.5 inch Foliage plant in this market is worth $17.99 a fancy one $19.99. Oh that plant looks to be a cheater 6.0, mby 5.0.

And if they’re is genetics of a plant that is worth a hundred plus, oh no worries the growers will produce it by the untold numbers. Psf wise that pays more than weed….I think you get the idea here .

The plant is being produced in the tissue culture lab by the tens of thousands, make no doubt on that .

I had no idea Home Depot ever sold plants that expensive.

I come from central Florida, where these are grown and propagated.

Hopefully, there’s a resurgence in both beautiful plants and impassioned consumers like yourself.

    Thank you

    Proven Winners

Truly a great marketing and propogation as well as breeding entity.

Their into all sorts of trends, as well as promoters of plants.

Their products put Bonnie Plants to shame, and PW deserves all the credit they can .

With a $150 dollar foliage plant mass market, I think they may have missed the box store market, level of care there and squeezed in, more like piled in the masses of stuff there.

I saw a very nice rack and display with $49 dollar 6 inch plants and these terrarium for $60. Not a single plant was sold. It was inside the store, near the seeds and barbecues. Low light

Mine got a bunch in a couple months ago. I was back in the next weekend and they had already sold out.

My HD has the saddest sickest looking batch of 5 that have only gotten worse the last 2 weeks. They are right in the middle of the main aisle next to the checkout and just look insane I’m sure to a non-houseplant nerd… Like they are ready for the bin- but no! $99
