I’m not expert but check the sub- this is usually chop and prop time. The sub has def advised on how to do this – including avoid the milk. Maybe that pot might be too small too- just a general observation

Also not an expert but my vote would be to chop and prop into a bit larger of a pot and more light to limit its height

In future the pots need drainage holes but these are not cactus so they need a bit more water. I find turning the plants a quarter turn monthly when I water helps keep them straight. This looks like it’s reaching for light while climbing out of the pot. I’d probably prefer to cut and prop it too.

This one gets 4-5 foot tall pieces cut off once a year or so or it’s too big or wide and dangerous.
