Indirect lighting indoors (probably like 5-6 hours worth) by a window maybe at most 1 hour of intermittent direct sunlight (through tree branches from the tree outside) watering once a week if the soil dries out only watering the soil not the leaves or trunk , soil is a mix of bark and succulent potting soil. There are some green spots and the trunk feels strong but it keeps losing petals and the petals do not grow.

Looks wet, maybe overwatered? Change soil, looks old. But I’m not really sure.

  2. Your pot needs drainage. My guess is the roots are rotting. Replant it in fresh soil, in a pot that has drainage, and let it dry out a bit. I water mine once a week, generously, and he loves it. This is salvageable for sure

Definitely overwatered just go back to neglecting it and it should shine again in a couple months. First try repotting and search for root rot

You’re watering too often. It’s not enough to let the soil dry out, it should stay dry for at least a couple of weeks before you water again. The soil should dry in less than a week.

If you water as soon as the soil dries the plant is almost almost in wet soil, these should spend more time in dry soil than wet soil
