It looks like 100% cactus mix, but that’s just a light top layer because I like the clean look. It’s at least 50% pumice underneath.

I’m pretty new to lithops specifically but I imagine these 2 having vastly different water requirements will not last long term.
I also think it’s too deep in too organic of soil, even if its just a layer on top, that soil will hold moisture too close to the leaves.

I’m not 100% sure but that looks like some sort of Aeonium, while it is a succulent it will definitely need way more water than the lithops. I would separate them immediately. I take a look in the Staging Succenlents sub for inspiration to present your lithops more natural.
