I cut these in half, season, and dehydrate for sun-dried tomatoes all year long! Anyone else have any tricks to mix things up?

    Have you tried canning or pickling tomatoes?

    Dehydrated further, until cracker crisp then put them in a spice blender and make tomato bullion powder. Put it on everything.

    I freeze cherry toms whole, it’s super nice to have their fresh bright flavor in dead winter! Just as they are in a Ziploc bag.
