Thanks. I am just in Year 2 of a slow adoption. I have a decent sized backyard and made a pollinator garden and other section which slopes down to the road back of our house I do not cut except a strip next to the road. Front is unchanged with mowed weeds (grass does not grow in clay) and traditional annuals for flowers. Literally nothing flies around the front at all, and insects have zero interest in the flowers. Head to back yard and the pollinator garden is brimming with life. Bees, moths, butterflies, hummingbirds, other insects having a ball. It is so relaxing to watch it. The uncut area is in year 2 and I do nothing except yank the gum tree shoots out. Not much to look at, and wild flowers have yet to return. I was told it takes 4-5 years for it to look truly natural and take on wild flowers. Getting there.

Protect this lady at all costs.

Last night I discovered my first BIG spider dangling over my veggies and herbs, quality plant protectors.

Is that an invasive Joro Spider? Can’t tell from video quality. Just a heads up.
