  1. High pressure hose to blast em off, then let dry, then treat tops and bottoms of leaves, stems, etc. for remnant eggs and bugs.

Neem hasn’t worked for me either on Turks caps. Try insecticidal soap by Bonide. Massage it into the infestation and then blast with water.

None of the suggestions like neem oil, diluted soap water, water pressure etc worked for me when I had them on my Turks cap. In my desperation I bought a box of disposable gloves and went to town just manually squishing every single one on every stem/leaf. Afterwards I removed and changed the mulch around them. Then I treated the area for fire ants (ants will often farm them). Haven’t had an issue with them ever since.

In my experience neem oil doesn’t do anything for any of the garden pests. 🤷‍♀️

Ladybugs will prey on adult mealy bugs. There is at least one local nursery that sells ladybugs, I forget which one it was but someone asked on this sub and someone commented a local nursery that sells ladybugs.

I usually just trim back any affected areas and throw them away. Turks caps grow pretty fast and are very hardy, so it should bush back out, especially if you give it a little extra water and maybe a cupful of superthrive.
