I just got a Thai constellation at Costco. She’s in pretty rough shape, but as I have never seen these in Costco before, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity. Believe it or not, this was the best looking one. I don’t know what this black spot is, it was much smaller when I bought it two days ago. The last picture is the newest leaf btw!
I’ve never had a Thai constellation, can anyone provide any tips on what I can do to rescue it? Or is it too far gone?

check the roots asap. but the leaves just look pretty beat up which isn’t detrimental. if the roots are good to go then just leave it alone don’t cut off any leaves. they’re still fine to produce energy.
I have heard that Costco keeps them in rough shape intentionally but anyway.
Repot ASAP into a chunky mix, cut off any root rot. Then let it acclimate to your home.
