Hi everyone, love some help identifying these growths that are going crazy on my plugs in my rise garden…have a combo of what I think is green algae taking over the plugs but also these growths that look like fungus or mold and appearing in many colors. Should I be worried about these? Saw some people talking about covering the plugs with foil when seeding to prevent light getting to them which is how the rise garden plugs come but I have been seeding my own and having this issue.
If they are harmful, do I need to do some kind of flush of the system or can I address it with hydrogen peroxide or some other way?
