How can I save my trees?

Hi all, I have some concern with a few of these trees. Specifically the one in the middle. I bought this house and the trees were far more healthy, but the grass (now fully gone) was basically dead. As we moved into summer I watered often, but they get a ton of sun. The one that looks cooked in the middle also gets sun reflected on it as well.

I’m doing soil work to bring the yard back, but don’t know if I can save these trees. Any advice is appreciated!
