I would think it’s due to lack of light it gets. The small bits it doesn’t matter but the almost half moon wasn’t happy.
Option two I could think of is, that there’s been water in the “sheet” when the lead was forming and green wasn’t affected whereas the pink was

When the white color of a variagated plant turns brown and just the variagated portion, it’s usually because of lack of light. I thought the pink could still photosynthesize unlike the white parts. So maybe it just needs more light as well. Can you put in a location with more light? Or put it under a grow light?
