My terraium has red and green fittonia along with moss and few strands of bamboo palm. There's one more plant strands but I don't know the name of it, the website from where I bought springtail culture sent it for free. Anyway I recently got to know that red and green fittonia might have different light needs, so I wonder if I should adjust grow lights for it? My priority in this terrarium is fittonias, so I want a light setup that's optimum for them.

My grow lights have 4 arms, each capable of emitting blue, red or pink(combination of blue and red) lights in 9 different intensities. I have been trying to adjust lights to mimic sun in pink glow. So starting and ending 1 hour of the daytime I give it lowest intensity of light and in the middle I keep increasing the intensity, never above lowest 7 though.

I have already lost 1 set of green fittonia, it seemed like stems were growing new leaves but other leaves started kinda rotting from edges(turning black and curling up) before falling of completely. Really appreciate any advice.
