OMG,I love the look with out the fence, beautiful.
The gate doesn't make sense without a fence.
A weeping shrub I love them. The grasses are amazing so beautiful!
Post removal tip ….dig around and fill hole with water, may take a few times but will soften the soil so you don’t break posts. Isn’t my first rodeo 😉
Laura you truly have a gift for design !! Your property is so much more elegant than I could ever imagine !
I love the fence being gone!! Great call! Loved all the plantings today. You have increased my plant knowledge soooo much!!! Thank you 😊
What’s happening on the maple limb behind aaron at 6:12? it looks like it’s browning, did the construction on the gate damage the roots?
The grasses and cranesbill look so pretty!
Wife won. Not sure I like it though. That fence was beautiful!!
Hey Laura! Would you consider hanging smaller wreaths from each of the lights and then essentially cutting a huge weath down the middle and have it attached to both sides of the gate so it can still open? Love seeing the progress and cannot wait to see the land lit up this winter :)!!!
Just my opinion. I think you should continue the black iron fence along the sides it looks more cohesive. LOVE your channel#1
The front gate and entrance definitely looks better with the fence down! It was the right decision
Laura, you are so blessed to have a property this size to explore and let your creative gardening grow! It really shows how hard you and Aaron have worked😍😍. I have really gotten into gardening in the last few years and your videos have inspired me so much. I have an average size lot with neighbors on either side of us and a row of businesses behind us and I am really struggling to find room to add in more garden spaces🤣. I would absolutely love a property like yours! Maybe one day!
Looks awesome..more balanced
I'm wondering if you have advice on moving a super large hydrangea. It was originally from my dad and he died this last year and it has got very big since I first got it but we are moving soon into his house and I would be devistated to leave it behind or for it to die because I didn't move it correctly. He was also my normal garden advice person so iv no clue what to do with it
I’m so excited I just got my iris’s from Suttons and they gave me two free ones. I’m so excited. They are beautiful too just my color palette. ❤😊
How was that fence plastic? It really looked like wood. Was he joking?
So…. when are you going to build a house to match the esthetics & grandeur of the fence & "gardens"?
I commented on the last video that you should keep the fence, but I didn’t realize that it didn’t connect to the other fence. Now that is gone it makes so much sense. I probably would have agreed with all of you if I had been there in person. All that to say it looks great! Also I hope the concrete in the ground never becomes an issue in the future 🤞🏻
What a perfect balance 👍🏼
I hope you never have anyone drive around the pillars and through your shrubs!
The removal of the fence was a good move! I love the way you “git er done”.
The entrance looks fab only keep what brings u joy, is the best lesson I learnt from u, I have edited out a few plants this week that just were meh and it's made me soooo happy and excited more space more plants. I decided yellow is out foliage and plants all out and realising I like cool tones not hot. But To make u chuckle I made a comment at 18:04 in video about you having comfortable broken in shoes for you Gardening, like minea ( defending my very loved trainers) my Samantha who is 21 deadpan responded with fabulous now u have justified keeping them i will never get them in rubbish bin where they need to be. Can't u be inspired by Laura's mums sensible shoes
❤
Thank you for inspiring, and entertaining the whole garden answer team. I feel very fortunate to be able to say I have been watching the channel since u started , it's been a pleasure to watch Ur gardening and family journey over the years. Love from Essex England I guess a zone 8a is equivalent.
Amazing ❤
Taking the fence out was a good call….but if you had to guess how many plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers have you planted on your property 🤔
I think the gate placement has always been odd. Not sure why you didn’t move it forward 20-30 feet where the other fencing was? You wouldn’t have needed two gates out front. As it is now anyone can still just drive right on in over all the plants because the gate is just sort of there. But it’s not my home so not my problem. Just never felt right to me!
Wow now that you have taken down fence can see how good it will look.
I was wrong! The fence did need to go. Can’t wait to see the results!
LMAO, your gardening shoes look at worn out as mine.
