NARROWSBURG, NY — The Art Garden, an outdoor year-round sculpture garden in Narrowsburg, announced its fourth annual summer garden party, to be held on Thursday, August 21 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The rain date is Sunday, August 24.

The event, at 52 2nd Ave. in the Flats, will introduce three new works by local artists Matt Pozorski, Janet Rutkowski and Patricia Blauth, offering guests a “unique opportunity to engage with the creators and learn about their artistic processes in a convivial atmosphere,” according to a press release.

“We are always proud to present new artists and hear them speak about their work,” said Cass Collins, co-founder and co-curator of The Art Garden. The garden party will feature artist talks on the inspiration and techniques behind the new installations. A selection of mocktails, prosecco and a variety of fruit and cheese snacks will be on hand.

This year, The Art Garden received funding from the Delaware Valley Arts Alliance, which will go to the artists for their participation.

The Art Garden’s mission is to foster artistic expression and community engagement. The organization “provides a vibrant space for artists to create, exhibit, and connect with the public,” the press release reads. Most works can be purchased with all proceeds going to the artists.
