Hello and I'm devastated, I literally don't know what to do, why does it look so "sad"? As I know this plant (stephanotis?) loves water and I spray it and water frequently… I placed it on the window facing the west and also I have phytolamp on this windshield… it's neighbors are three orchids and a peace lily and they feel great…

soil looks extremely wet while the plant looks thirsty. have you checked for root rot? i’ve also heard that spraying your plants is no bueno and can encourage fungal growth with big drops sitting on the leaves like that

Stop spraying plants. That’s not how you water and it can actually cause rot. It doesn’t increase humidity or do anything positive. The pot you have it in, does it have drainage holes? If so get a bowl of water and put the pot inside, let it soak for like an hour

Soil looks very compact and heavy, try use a well draining mix. Might also be lacking nutrients if the soil is old. Check for root rot

That soil looks terrible and clumpy…

So instead of spraying, which as others have said can create issues, something that would probably help all your plants in this area is a humidifier. You don’t need a $100 one for 5 plants, just something to give their space a little boost.

I’d also suggest taking it out of that soil and getting it into something with aeration.
