What type of compost you use to repot it with? Citrus trees prefer slightly acidic pH soil, so it’s best to use a potting mix designed specifically for citrus (or described as ericaceous).
Also the compost should be well draining, so adding some perlite and orchid bark to the mix can help prevent it becoming waterlogged.
But also looking at the leaves, it could be suffering from some sort of pest infestation, that lower leaf looks like it had a load of white specks down the central vein, possibly spider mites? I would spray the plant with a pesticide just in case.
