Is this foam okay to be at drainage layer level or does water have to be able to pass through it? Leca would be surrounding it and slightly above it. Mantis enclosure.
You probably won’t need a drainage layer for a mantis but either way the foam will be fine make sure you put a mesh layer in between the lecca and substrate so they don’t mix other wise that defeats the whole purpose of the drainage layer.
