Once the roots starts 3″ long, feed it at all times and keep it hydrated with high lights. It could bloom if fed it well at every watering during it’s hungry-hungry hippo growing season and don’t let it dry out. Think of it as a bear eating before winter and then rest once the leaves are gone with a lot of lights. You just give enough water to keep the pb from shriveling during the rest only.
