Hi everyone! I got these 2 guys yesterday. I have them on both sides of the record stand that you can see in the first photo on the left. The big guy is right next to a South facing window. The little guy also has access to the same window and there is a West facing window across the room from him. I included a diagram of my place's layout in the last slide.
The person I got these from told me that they have been in AC all their lives so sun exposure isn't good for them, as they will scar. However, I've been seeing mixed opinions on how to care for them so I wanted to ask here. TYIA!

These need to be directly in front of your sunniest windows for optimal growth , AC exposure has nothing to do with sunlight needs. Don’t worry about sunlight if it’s indoors, it’s already branching and showing etiolation on the top which suggests lack of sunlight – hope this helps!
I think the person meant that if you want to keep them looking nice, don’t place them in direct sunlight during the heat of the day outside.
I think both need more light since they enjoy the sun.
