Cherry Lane has announced it has purchased Bawdeswell Garden Centre.
Since opening its doors in 1983, the family-run centre located near Dereham has grown a loyal customer base.
A spokesman for Cherry Lane said: “This is more than an acquisition, it’s the next chapter of a story built on shared values.
“Bawdeswell has been a cornerstone of the community for more than 40 years.

“We are privileged to continue the legacy of the family that built it and we’re excited to enhance what’s already a fantastic customer experience with the Cherry Lane touch.”
The centre will continue to stock an extensive plant and garden range alongside its restaurant, pet shop and homeware department.
Cherry Lane will be introducing its own product range and exclusive seasonal offers.
It becomes the 22nd garden centre in the Cherry Lane portfolio but will continue to trade under the Bawdeswell name.
