Hello and welcome live in Japanese garden Bristol. Okay, so today we’re going to be talking about the plants in my garden and what plants you will find in a Japanese garden because all the plants in my garden are not Japanese. uh because most of the plants was um here be not most but some of the plants was here before I started the Japanese thing. So um that’s what it’s going to be about today. It’s going to be a long one. I got a long list. I’ve had to make a list of um to try not to forget anything out because after every live I do I think I didn’t mention that which was the most important thing. So I’m going to try to mention it all in this. It’s going to be a bit of a long one to that. I usually get around 20 minutes, but I think it’s going to go over 20 minutes, but um there’s quite a lot to uh get through really. Um it’s surprising cuz in a Japanese garden, you don’t need many plants, but we’ll go for that in a bit. I’ve had a busy day today. It’s lovely weather, but I’ve been stuck in the workshop. Um I’ve been making these I’ve been making these um be careful cuz they’re not finished. I’ve been making these uh posts for the garden. Um I sell them. They’re um they’re four season post. So it says the four seasons around the posts. Um I do uh monkey poles, plaques, bonsai. I got some nice bonsai with aas with the flowers on. I throw them all here. So if you’re ever interested, you know where to come. Um you can message me on my Facebook page or um anywhere like that. Um my number’s there somewhere as well and on my website. So, if you want to get in touch, get in touch with me through those ways. Um, and uh, come around. I got loads of bonsai. I’ve had a big stock in. And I said, I do plaques. I post the plaques. Um, I’ll post a few today. So, um, I’m been making up some more. Um, so yeah. So, that’s what I’ve been doing today. I’ve been stuck in my workshop working. I got more to do tomorrow as well, which is unfortunate cuz I like to be out in the garden. Okay. So, um, right. I’m going to start. But well, well, I say this on certain videos and I need people to understand that because this because um people kind of get confused. They think I’m an expert. I’m no expert. Okay? I’m a gardener like you guys. I’m no expert. I got I just I’m more of a creator. I call myself a creator. I like to create. Okay? So, I don’t um necessarily know everything about plants. All right? All I know is what I’ve got in my garden. Okay? So, um, you’ll have to bear with me. I go go through most of them, but there’s some I’m not going to mention every single one because I haven’t got that time to do it. Um, so I will group them up to what they are. Um, and um, because like the acers, there’s over 3,000 species of acers and I didn’t get the tanks for every acer I got. So, um, we’ll go through as many as I can, show you how I keep and maintain them, and, uh, hopefully that will help you guys to do it. I found something new about maples today as well. So, um I hopefully go remember to put that in. I got like I said I got a big long list. So, um okay. The way I choose my plants is I don’t nowadays well I’ve always done this anyway. I I’ll think I want to plant there. I go out to a garden center and I don’t look at the tags. I think that’s the plant I want. That’s what’s going to go in that spot. Yeah. I don’t go out look around tags and think oh yeah I’ll have that aelia or I’ll have that ro of dendrrons or wisteria whatever I find I look at the plant that I want to go in that place that’s how I do it okay so um I come over don’t work it goes another one go in but that’s how I do it okay so um when it comes to um like some people would uh go for Pacific named plants I Um, right. We have a little look. Okay. So, when you when you’re doing when you’re creating a Japanese garden, you want to give space around your plants. Okay. So, that’s what we’re going to I’m going to explain to as we go around. Um, the main plants you want in a Japanese garden really is just your pine, maples, and moss. And then you put your rocks in and you got an ideal Japanese garden. Okay. But we all want something to add a bit more. But when you do, you give room around your plants, okay? To give the space to give the balance. All right? And it helps the plants as well because gets light to them, air to them, which makes them grow better. Okay? Um, so we’ll go for that. I’m going to go going to start I got a great long list here. I’m going to take the camera off and I’m going to go through the garden uh plant by plant near enough by selling and go some up cuz it could take a long time and uh hopefully you guys will get something out of uh what to put in your garden. Um I did help um the lady last week who me put a message on for me uh a me um copy me in. So um I helped her out and she’s getting on to it now and uh she g put photos up on my group of what she’s done after I give her some advice. So uh look out for that one. Right, let’s turn the camera around and see what’s going on in your garden. Don’t want that. Look at my back door. That’s what’s going on. Right, guys. Okay. Okay. So, that’s the sort of things I do. Uh plaques, elms, I do loads of different types of bonsai. There’s the pole that hasn’t been finished yet. That’s why it’s so black. It’s got to be roughed down. Um, and then you got the monkey poles, more plaques, bonsai, pots, wire, turntables, shears. I do it all here. So, if you ever want any, you know where to come, right, guys? Here we go. So, let’s start. This is a bonsai. Um, this is a horse chestnut bonsai. Um, I’m doing a few different things with it. Last year, if you can see, it was flat and I didn’t like the flat. So, I’ve let a branch grow up there. And then next year, I’ll trim it so it got a nice round shape to it. Okay. So, that’s just a bonsai um horse chest. Now, let’s walk around here. The woodlands are nice, aren’t they? Uh the forests. That’s a redwood forest there. Um some more redwood. There’s a Zelia with flowers. They’re nice. Wish I had room in my garden now. Um so, there’s a white pine over in the corner. I’ve got a a Chinese am there. And next to it, I’ve got some acers. Now, I’ve recently, I don’t know if you’ve seen my post, I pull out some acers uh that I’ve changed pots. I’ve got some old pots I got uh hidden away. Uh there was bamboo in there. They didn’t survive cuz the bamboo needed a lot of water and I wasn’t giving it. So, um they didn’t survive. Um, so now I’ve got I’ve got the pots cleaned up and I’ve put me two acers in there. Um, now a lady said to me that, “Oh, you shouldn’t do it this time of the year.” It’s fine to do it this time of the year as long as you’re not cutting all the roots about. If you’re just moving from one pot to another, it’s not going to hurt it. Um, when you think of when you pick one up from the garden center and you you put it in the ground or you put it in a pot, you’re going to take it out of that pot and put it into something else. So, what’s the difference? There isn’t. So, there we go. Um, and then, as you know, you might know, um, is my. I’m really pleased with that. There was a gun there. The gunner has gone because it just kept falling into the pond. It is a mess. Um, hard work. I don’t know why why it kept doing it, but I replaced it with anx um a Japanese holly. I think they’re great trees. It’s a nice tree. It goes well there. And as you notice there’s it’s on its own. It stands out and makes a statement really. And then you see I got I’ll talk a bit more about the mind business. The mind drone business plant is in the rocks there. Okay. So, I got a bit of that. I’m going to put a little bit more just under the allex, but I don’t want it to go too mad there because um I don’t want to ruin the effect of the allex, but um I do want to break out the rocks. I got a fern there. It’s a Japanese fern, but I don’t know exact name of it. I haven’t got it. So, um it is a Japanese fern. Um if you want any information on what I’m saying, just Google the name I’m saying and you will you’ll you’ll find the the plants. Okay. Now, this is an interesting one. It’s something I’ve done myself. It looks good. It doesn’t look very good on video, but it looks really good in real life. A lot of people that visit my garden, they asked all about this tree. It’s a hazel quartz groom. And um what I done one winter is when there was no watering here, I had to I was replacing the liner. So, I took the liner out and I took a shelf out as well. And I thought, well, I’m going to chop this tree out. So, I took out all the small branches it crossed and left the big branches. And, um, you kind of see up through it if I can get there. Um, it looks fantastic. I like it like this. And then come spring when all the leaves are growing, I pruned them to a cloud at the end of the branch as you can see. Okay. So, that’s the hazel crew. Looks really good. if you want to see it. Um I they Gardener World um interviewed me about uh with this one. They interviewed me with loads of plants through the garden, but that’s the one they chose for the program, which I thought was a good one. So um if you want to see that, that’s on my website. Okay, so we’ll walk up through some more bonsai there. I’ve got loads of elms and stuff like that here. Uh elms are a great bonsai to uh start on. Now, let’s go on up and see. Um, we also got the heart’s tongue there. Um, they grow mad. They get they pop out everywhere. Hearts tongue fern. They’re quite nice. Um, now these sort of plants I I should try to when I go through remember if I can to say whether it’s a Japanese plant or not. Now, the ferns are Japanese plants. Obviously the Acer this corkscrew is not a Japanese plant. I’m pretty sure it’s as close as a glosture plant. I think it’s an English plant, I think. Um, so that’s not Japanese, but I’ve made it look Japanese. So when you think you’re in your garden, um, you don’t have to have total Japanese plants. You can have something else. You just got to make it look right in the environment. And that’s what I’ve done with that one. Um, so you can see all the corkcrew branches going up through. Looks amazing. Um, so you got the maple there, the garnet over there. Um, obviously Japanese. They got the hosta. They’re Japanese. Now that hosta, um, the the garnets got bigger and the hostas got bigger and so they’re quite close together. And the that’s there’s only two sections in my garden where the plants quite close. And that’s one of them. Um, but I don’t want that hosta. It’s it’s really good. Uh, if you notice, there’s hardly any holes in it. So, hardly any slugs gets it. Now, a lot of people ask me why that is. I’m not sure. All I can think of is the fact it’s on the um plum slate there. Um, since it’s been on plum slate, they used to always get eaten, but when I put plum slate there, it stopped. So, whether that’s it, I don’t know. He’s got some nice flowers coming up through now. Um, looks really nice. Um, so yes, once the flower’s gone, it might get eaten a bit more and then I’ll take it away and then it’s just the the maple on its own. Um, but this plant here, this is not Japanese, but what I like about this plant, it’s really good, really effective. Um, you probably can’t see it, but I don’t know how effective it is, how good it looks. Um, this one’s a Mexican orange. Let me just check. Yeah, Mexican orange. It’s been here before I um started the Japanese thing. So, it’s not something I added. It’s something that’s here and I’ve left here because I think it looks good. There’s a little partition going up through it. Um, whether it stay there or not, I don’t know. Um, so I got a little pine down there all on it space on it own. I will just say that they are dwarf pines. I get dwarf pines. I’m not going to go into every pine because it’ be here all day. Um and and I haven’t got all the labels for them neither. Um so if you go in a garden center, you usually get a pine section. Go over see it says dwarf pine and uh they look really good and effective. Now this one here is a conifer. Um it’s mine is a lemon conifer. Okay. It actually do smell of lemon. I get people in here and they rub their hands on it goes, “Oh my god, it really does smell of lemon.” So, yeah, it’s a lemon conifer. Um, I’m going to be doing a video on that. I’ve just got to find the conifers. They’re not big enough in the in the shops at the moment. For some reason, they’re only selling selling small ones. Um, so um yeah, that that’s a great tree to to prune into a cloud tree. That one there is a a common new apparently. Now, some of these plants I’ve had to go on this plant thing to uh um a plant app to find out because I don’t have labels. They’ve been there years. That’s been there years. Uh it’s a lovely uh little tree and I kept it. I’ve given it room. There was plants all around it. So, I’ve given it room and it looks amazing. X. Another. Now, a bit about the um I put in the ground. it didn’t like my ground, so it started to deteriorate over years. It’s took a few years to get to this state. Um so, um but what I’ve been doing, I’ve been feeding it the seaweed and um some bonsai feed as well, actually, fertilizer. Um plenty of water and seeing if it comes on. Um it’s uh it’s coming back, so I’m quite pleased with that. So, I just got to keep it up and uh hopefully that’ll take. There’s a fern there. Just a common fern there. Um this plant here is meant to be a winter creeper. Now, I know there’s another name for this. I don’t know what it is, but you probably know what it is. I I’m I was debating to take it out, but it looks quite good anyway. Right. Um let’s go down here a minute. I’ve had to rearrange all this area here. That’s when I got the dry spoon. If you seen my um pictures I put up there of some rocks, they’re at the top. I’ll show you them. Um but there’s more rocks there. I got to put some plants in there. Just one one or two plants. Okay. So, over here we’ve got the mountain pine there. Now, I did have a star magnolia there and it was amazing. It was fantastic. It was there when we moved in. Um but last year all sun’s dying off and we don’t know why but it just started dying off so we had to get rid of it unfortunately. Um I put a put that there. Now I’ve got um that one over there is a Japanese evergreen spindle. Egra is big. I keep contained by pruning it. It’s a nice little bush have over there on his own. Along in the front here I’ve got some pines. They’re spread out and they are dwarf pines. Okay, I got a few of them in between the rocks. [Music] So, I do like pines and there there’s the there as well. Now, with the Elix, I’ve I Googled it and um see about the watering of it and they says it can be overwatered and then a guy put a comment on the other day and said that oh, make sure you give it plenty of water. So, now I’m a bit confused. So, if anybody knows um what’s best for it, um I just make sure it’s uh gets water. Okay. So, let’s go on up through here and then we come to the good wood. Sorry, blood good. Get that right. We got the blood good. Now, a little bit about this. Um, I’ve pruned this to this. It’s uh through two winters now. I pruned it so I could um create the the pads on it. So, um, when you, uh, look around it or through it, you can see the pads. It really looks good. I’ve got more work to do on it in the winter. I got to get some big branches is going up, right? And, uh, chop them off. So then the the branches is bent over. We’ll call create another pad. Um, so then um, what do I do to keep these going a little bit on this? Because this is something I found out, something else I found out today. Now, I feed it with seaweed. Okay. I feed it with seaw feed and um it’s got seaweed extra in it. Um so um I do that once a week. Now in this weather, I’ll be putting in a watering can full of water in there as well. Now, if you can see this one, it’s been so hot here in the last couple of weeks. I haven’t got any burnt leaves. It’s gone really well. I’m really pleased with it. And this is one of the first ones to go. So, I am pleased with that. Now, what I read today is another way to keep erasers. Now, a lot of people don’t even water them. Now, I kind of think that what I do helps or what I’ve done helps mine as well. um which I kind of in the past would it help or not? Now they say put mulch around your base of your your maples. Okay, put mulch there. So when this water the mulch goes down and it keeps the roots damp, okay, also feeds it and it keeps it damp um because you’re covering up the the ground above it. So that’s what I kind of do here. I got the gravel above it. So, what I’m thinking is underneath it’s staying damp because the sun can’t get to it. Okay. So, that might be something that’s helping that that Asia there. Um, going through here, I’ve got the um redwood bonsai there. I do like that. I do love that um bonsai. He’s he’s lovely. He’s come on really. I’ve took so much off of it. It’s come on massively. Really like it. I’ve just thought I’ve forgotten forgotten a tree. So, let’s go back around a minute. Um, here we go. This one here, uh, someone said I I should get one. I’ve already got one. Um, it’s called a find it. Kato noto. Okay. Coto noito. Sorry. Coto no noito. It is a maple. Very thin leaves. Someone’s told me it won’t survive there, but it’s surviving brilliant. It’s going really well. Very pleased with it. That’s amazing. I put that in last year. There’s another lemon conifer that I pruned into a what I call my picod uh cloud tree. Um so I’m going to be doing that um uh when I get the conifer. I’m going to buy a conifer and I’m going to show you how I created that. So look out for that video that’ll be coming up when I get the conifer the right conifer I want. Okay. Um, then we got the uh Oh, I didn’t tell you about this AC back here, did I? This is what’s like. Okay, so you got the Sango Kayaku. Look at that. It’s amazing tree. Abs. It’s fantastic. It’s probably the best maple in the garden. It’s huge. Um, it’s good that I’ve put it up the back of the fence rather than at the front. Um this one um when in the winter it go it got bright red branches. In the autumn it goes a nice rustic color leaves and it’s just amazing all year round. So a beautiful tree to have. Um I know a lot of people after seeing mine has gone out and got one. Sango kayaku. Okay. Um this one here I pruned into a cloud tree. um butterfly maple that looks quite effective. I find they’re really good for um pruning into cloud trees. So that that’s a a nice one to have. I’m trying to look around to make sure I don’t miss any. Um [Music] okay, I’ll let you have a look around. I got an Acer there now. He’s been hit by the sun a bit. He’s got some dry leaves or the wind. Um, I haven’t been watering it as much as the other. So, I started watering more. Um, because it doesn’t get much sun there or the wind is quite sheltered. But obviously, I made a bit of mistake there. And what else have we got here? The blood box. Let’s go. Oh, hang on. That that there is a um Japanese forest grass. Okay. So, if you Google Japanese forest grass, that’s what you’ll find. um same as these here. They look amazing, especially when the wind blows. It went to blow then, but um they shimmer and they look really nice, especially with a black background and the mondo grass, which I’ll come back to in a bit. Okay, so we got the box. Okay, then you got the box moth, which is the caterpillar that eats the hell out of it and uh very difficult to keep if you don’t catch them quick enough. Okay, so that’s what I use to get them. I’ve done it three times in spring and I haven’t done it since. So, and I can’t see any trace of them coming back in. They they only uh start apparently and they only there in in springtime. So, April, May is the worst time. And uh they’re there just destroy them. I’ve got a I got four here. Four big ones there. Okay. Um now, here’s another one. I’ve got plants too close. Now, they weren’t too close before, okay? They had a lot of space behind them, but obviously the box has grown and the pine now is, uh, getting a bit pushed over. So, the pine’s coming out. And I’ll put that pine somewhere else um to give it. There we go. Um, this one here, uh, you might have seen it on one of my other videos. It’s a private bonsai I bought. Looks nice. Um, mondrass. Okay, that’s now mondrass. Um, it comes from uh over Japan, China sort of thing. Um, they use a green one for uh ground cover and things like that. So, um, great ground cover. I use it as a border, the black. You can get a green as well. You could get dwarf green. So, the dwarf green will look good as a ground cover, but I I haven’t done that. Um, I rather use smaller stuff. Another pine there. I got loads of pines in my gardens. They’re all dwarf pines. And then I got the cherry blossom there, which is nice. He never grows much, but um it’s a nice uh it’s a nice tree above the Buddha. Um a bit of a You have to excuse me. going to try to look at a list. I’m losing myself on my list now. Um undergrass. Yeah. Grass. Ah. [Music] H. I got some uh bits of ground covers. It isn’t really taking much. I just noticed a conifer growing out there. A conifer growing out there. So, I’ll have to put him in a pot and get him out cuz he’s not going to look right there. Now, this one here is an Irish moss. That is lovely. I wish I got more of that. When I see it again, I will get more and put it up through here. Um, so then it it creates its own island. Um, that’s that’s the bird’s eye pearl were Irish moss. Okay. Really good. Really effective. Okay. So, let’s go off around this way a minute. Hosta there. um getting it eaten by the slugs. Um got a load of trees here, my own trees. Got junipers. I do like junipers. If you ever want junipers, I I sell junipers. They’re ones I created myself. You’ve seen them. Um I’ve got the um forests myself. I’ve bought some myself as well. Um redwoods. I got all sorts there. Elms. Uh these aren’t mine. These are my son-in-laws. looking after him while he’s uh on holiday. Um right. Okay. So, this is a Chinese lantern. I know it’s going on a bit, guys, but this is what it’s like. This what just trying to tell you all the plants in the garden. Um orange dream. Now, you see this orange dream looks fantastic. He’s uh he does well, I think, because he’s he’s covered from the sun. They’re very very sensitive. cover from the sun and the wind. He’s in this in the courtyard and um he does really well in here. Um I’ll show you my other one. It’s getting destroyed. It gets destroyed every year. Um black bamboo looks really nice, effective, not so evasive. It’s um it’s quite contained. Um slower growing. It looks really good in this area. Okay, painted fern. Looks good in this area. Um, I got the heart’s tongue there as well. Uh, let’s go through here and see what we got in this one cuz this one’s got quite a lot. So, let’s get through this lot if we can. Right. Dry river bed pine. um a uh George pine bamboo my neighbor gave me many years ago. Um he’s passed away now unfortunately. Um he gave me this bamboo I put in the ground uh about 3 4 years ago. I took me 2 days to get it out. I put it into pots and now I think it’s breaking out of the pots now. Um so I don’t know what bamboo it is. Um now all this is a box plants. Um there’s a few little conifers like dwarf conifers. Uh pines. There’s one down there. I just thought I I forgot now. Um forgot to mention these are pines. This is a a juniper ground covering pine. That looks nice. Looks really effective. And Over [Music] here we got the paper plant. Okay, now these paper plants, they grow big. So I was a bit concerned about putting it in there. But what I will be um pruning it um to keep it contained. Um I don’t want it covering up the tea house. I don’t want to lose that effect. So um I will be pruning that. And we got a nice big white, great white cherry blossom there, but actually I put in last November. It’s going well. It’s going well. I missed the flowers on it cuz I was in Japan at the time looking at big cherry blossoms. So, um yeah, really pleased with that one. I can’t uh can’t wait to see how he goes next year. Now, another blood good. A blood good. Now, the leaves are absolutely lovely there. But as you look around the sides, they’ve been burnt a bit now. Why? I don’t know. Um, they got gravel over the roots. The roots are quite near the pond. I watered it a lot, so I don’t know. Um, here’s me other orange dream. The one I was just mentioning, the one in a pot is going really well. This one, it struggles every year. It comes out first. It looks fantastic. Orange, it looks beautiful. And then within time it starts getting uh wrecked and I feed that and I well watered. So I don’t know. We’ll see. I got me uh some more uh bonsai over here. The elms um trident golden larch. Lovely. Um a larch there. Larch forest. I got the wisteria here. Looks amazing when it’s flowering. Um, it just finished flowering again, but the flowers wasn’t that good. It wasn’t worth uh putting pictures up of it, but um it goes mad. Uh, you got to be careful of these wisteria. They do go big and fast. Um, there’s another white pine down in there at the back there. He seems to be coming on well as well. And over there, the one that everybody asked me about, uh, what is it? and it actually um grew in my garden. So, I got it out many years ago, put it in a pot, then I put it back in the garden on a slant. I didn’t put it on a a a steep enough slant, if you know what I mean. It was uh it’s got that bent in it, bend in it, but I wish I put it more of a slant. But there we go. It’s a really good tree. What I do with that, I cut the candles off every spring, kind of lateish spring. Um, I cut all the candles off and keeps it contained to that size. That’s a black pine. I got some grasses over there. And we got I got, as you can see, the ground cover. That’s the plant called Mind Your Business or Baby Tears. Um, so yeah, that’s a lot of the plants I think covered. Oh, I got the full moon there, which I know a lot of people find it hard to get hold of. I come across it by accident and I said I didn’t have the money so I’ve got to have it. So I bought it. Um and it goes fantastic there. Someone actually told me said it never survived there. It’s too sunny but um it’s gone amazing. Got another that’s meant to be a dwarf conifer. Um but yeah, you can see it’s not very dwarf but it isn’t gone huge like some conifers. So that’s all good. Right. I think that’s pretty much I’ve gone through everything, I think. Um, oh, the vine over there, a Japanese vine in there. It’s not a grape vine. It’s a Japanese vine. Now, those leaves go purpley red in the autumn if it survives the summer well. Um, so yeah. Um, it’s a nice one. I’ve had it I’ve lost a couple and every time I lose them, I get another one and puts it in because they do look amazing. They do grow a bit mad as well. That one’s bit contained really. It hasn’t gone as mad as the others. Uh there’s another uh um there’s another horse chestnut that my sister gave me about 25 years ago. Right. So, let’s uh turn the camera around and I hope you’re still awake because that was a bit long. Excuse my hand. Okay, guys. So, um, let’s put this over here. A bit better there. All right, guys. Uh, I hope you got something out of that video. It was a bit of a long video. Like I said, if I’d gone through every single plant, it would been a lot longer, and I don’t want to go on too long. I don’t know how long it’s been on, actually. Um, but, um, I want to try to show you uh, what plants I’ve got in the garden. And there’s space around every plant, apart from the ones I got to move. Um, and in the garden, in a Japanese garden, really trying an acer, um, some moss, some rocks. It’s a really good Japanese garden. Okay. So, um, I’ve done that here in many places. I’ve I’ve added plants, but I get space and it looks effective. So, that’s it really. Um, thanks for watching. Um, I hope I haven’t, uh, gone on too much. I know that it’s um trying to explain what plants to put in the garden and how to put them. I had a guy that I know um Roger Roger if you’re watching. Um he’s starting his garden off again, his Japanese garden, and he’s asked me what plants I use. So I said, “Watch tonight, and uh you can see what plants I use.” I do get a lot of people asking me what plants I got in my garden. So there we go. Right. Um, so I got openings this year. I’ve only got a few uh lot of sold out. So if you want to visit my garden, come and have a chat. I can tell you all about how it all started. Um, how I created my garden, all the Japanese elements in my garden, what they mean, and why they’re there. So if you want to know all that, come on my tours. I’ll put one more tour up. That’s the last one for this year. All the rest are sold out. I think that’s on the 7th of August. So, if you want to come and have a chat, we have a cup of tea and a cake and uh it’s quite quite a good time. Um I enjoy it. I think the the visitors enjoy it. I’ve got another charity one coming up on the 12th of August, I think it is. Um so, if you want to look out for that one, I got a charity one coming up. And then I don’t know if I’m doing another cream tea yet. I’ll see. But the cream tea is nearly full. There’s a couple of spaces left on the cream tea on the 20th of July, which is in not this weekend, coming the weekend after. So come and have a chat, have a cup of tea, and see what I’ve created and see why it’s gone the way it’s gone. Thanks for watching, guys. I’ll let you get on with your evening. Have a good evening. Um, this time, my time seems to fly by next. I know I’m doing another live, so my time’s flying by at the moment. Quite worrying. Um, so yeah, I’ll catch you next Tuesday for another live. See you then.

Konichi wa / domo. That's all I know lol… Your garden is amazing; thanks for sharing 🙂 I have always wanted a Japanese garden but the nearest I got is a pagoda, a bridge over a dry stream and some maples in pots! My son lives in Japan and I visited in 2006. He lives in Tokyo. I am sadly unable to pay him another visit next year with my other son, due to osteoarthritis 😞 Linda in Staffordshire x
