I bought 6 single stalks of it in June. It’s already 4’ tall. I can’t wait for it to get more branches and bloom someday!

I saw this in a garden recently and it was buzzing with life! I can’t wait to add one to our garden in the fall 🙂

Can I ask where people are getting them from. I’m in NC.

It’s the first thing on my list for when I finally figure out a rain garden.

Imo Buttonbush is relatively unknown and under-loved. The one in our park is huge and a big magnet for pollinators and the deer don’t seem to care for it much. Still I am challenged in growing it in m ard because it needs a nice moist sunny (or semi sunny) spot and my property suffers from uneven rainfall— some summers are droughty and others are floody. If I had a consistent rain garden I think it would be perfect.
