It was growing well the leaves are coming in good quantity.
I removed old stem which gets brownish color leaf . 2 stems i removed but from then the newly stem growth stops and it is colouring brown leaves ..
Help me out
I water it twice a week . It is placed inside room with bright light and fresh air.

too much water and not arid enough soil. you planted him in mud and then put water in the mud
I know this is typical soil offered at nurseries in some regions, but it is very dense. The plant is better off with a typical potting soil supplemented with perlite. I’m not sure what you have available where you live though.
It’s literally planted in CEMENT. Does water run through the holes when you water it?
Look for orchid soil, perlite, coconut fiber/coir to mix in with a new soil
