The roots are unhappy. Repot with at least 1/2 perlite and watch it thrive.

I have 70% perlite and I have a couple Ukrainian varieties that are doing this. I believe it’s too much LED light. I’m going to experiment with parchment over lights to see if it helps. Also going to reduce to 8 hours.
