My monstera has small clumps of fine brown dust on the underside of its leaves. On top of its leaves, it's also developing yellow/ brown spots. I have no idea what the issue is but it gets a moderate amount of sun and gets watered weekly.
Any ideas what the issue is and how I can save it?

OOF that’s looking like thrips territory. Standby for more confirmation but please isolate that plant regardless and begin checking any and ALL plants around it.
Edit: oh wait POWDER? Ok maybe not thrips but I would still isolate while you wait.
Mites.
I think neem oil fixes this or soapy water and a wipe.
If I had to guess – I would guess some type of fungal infection like leaf spot disease or leaf rust. Due to the circular nature of the damage. The powder could be spores. This can occur due to poor ventilation, overcrowding of plants, overwatering and humid environments. Monsteras are super hardy, I would remove the heavily infected leaves and ask the garden center to advise a treatment spray for the rest of the plant.
That looks like monstera rust, a fungus. If you’re misting it, stop. Isolate your monstera from other aroids.
Prune off and dispose of the affected leaves, then sanitize your tools. You can treat the rest with a fungicide (sulphur sprays are commonly used, but neem oil and baking soda foliar sprays can also work.) If possible, either improve the air circulation in the spot, or move the plant to a new area with better airflow.
