I'm pretty new to African Violets. A few days ago I trimmed the weak leaves and repotted her with adding more perlite because I thought maybe the soil stayed too soggy for a long time. Nothing changed, outer leaves get droopy then die eventually. I checked the roots, there was no bad smell. Please help me.

How often do you water it? Also, the pot is too big, which can lead to root rot, it should be one third of the width of its leaf span
I think you need a much smaller pot to begin with
The pot is too big… but if you repotted recently it could be transplant shock.
Just dome her for a couple weeks….
Now just wait. She may get droopy, she may not. I do not water mine more than 1x per week. It’s been close to 100 and if they dry out, they will be okay.
