    Well, some days you eat the bear and some days the bear eats you. Just for the record, it is OK to not be OK even though others have it worse. It's one thing to be grateful, it's another to beat yourself up about NOT be grateful for a few hours. SMH Not gonna listen to someone whine about his whining though.

    I live in western Ct. All of us in the area really feel like the chem trails are a large contributor to the terrible grow season. Not being weird just observing

    We have had a bad year too, but i am thankful tor every tomato i can eat from my harvest. I garden on my balcony and terrace on the 9th floor. We have frozen spinach, homemade sofrito, some frozen peppers, dried garlic and some fresh tomatoes from my garden. I am thankful for what i harvest every day. Blight or not. I was mad until i started to remind myself as you that i am blessed beyond belief. i can can food and not worry about eating. I had a hard life for a while i have known hunger, and its sometimes easy to forget. So we teach our kids to be thankful for all they have. We also teach them to donate. Life is unfair to many. 😢 So we try to be thankful.

Ironically my son is wearing Tucks shirt today, and we always get positive comments on it. Quite a conversation starter! I'll definitely purchase another shirt. Always remember that it can always be worse, and be grateful it's not! ❤❤❤ Tuck

    you know last year my garden wept for our garden kitty; this year i had to replace my boxes and my help was 3 weeks late. unbeknownst to me it led to a successful but late garden. i went to the store today and the bill was way over my $1464 fixed income and i had to use credit. i said i was lucky to have a garden. then i picked up my water/sewer bill which they just raised. i skipped showers for two weeks to water the garden. yes two showers a month now. the bill $140 and i never went over base rate. i guess i need to get a garbage can and connecting it to my gutter for next year and climb the ladder and put up another gutter to get another garbage can reservoir. Anyway James, i get it. the loss, the anger, and garden. i hope we can all be healed. i'll be 70 next month and wish i had been blessed with a birth and the birth was you.
