Thank you sir… proof that buds on a budget is possible. I’ve been doing sorta this since ohio went legal and get ROASTED for it. But I smoke heady flowers so… 10/10 good steward. I’m giving you a nomination for hydroponicologist. You deserve it.

Well done buddy! How do you regulate the temp in tent, those bulbs they look like they would get very hot. Excellent work!! Thanks for the share!!

This is how I started as well about 15 years ago. I still look back and compare to my setup today using LEDS and sometimes debate reincorporating CFLs back into my loop for early clone/early veg. I always had nice stacked tight nodes and healthy lush veg growth. Never did I have a Cal/Mag issue creep in back in those days compared to what LEDs lights taught and showed me (The hard way in some cases).

Good job friend, this is a nice memory and throw back to where some of us came from and started. O how I remember the hunt for 2700 and 6400 spiral bulbs, y connectors, adapters, power strips, etc.

DWC is the best choice for budget lighting. Although I must say, you probably could have bought a cheap LED light with the cost (and electrical risk) of these CFLs. Love it though, reminds me of the good ol days.
