  1. hydrogen peroxide doesn’t hurt your roots.

hydrogen peroxide is H2O2. it rapidly decays when hit by light. that’s why they’re in a dark bottle. when decaying, it will release an Oxygen molecule into the air (usually into the soil though). what’s left is H2O1 (water). worst case scenario is root rot. those roots don’t look rotten.

also, moving the plant around with roots exposed like that will stress out the plant and will make it look like they’re dead.

I doubt you were adding h2o2 for no reason. How much did you use? I have found Hypochlorous Acid to be a better option. If you buy an unscented cleaner brand it’s not too expensive. For now, change the water, put it back and see what happens.

Impossible….you soak a plant in peroxide and all it does is make the roots happier

  4. Its not from the hydrogen peroxide. Its from the root rot you were treating for.

    Get some southern ag.

You’ve used peroxide and killed all the microbes; allowing the bad ones to thrive. Seed it with good microbes and your issues will go away.
