Walworth Garden opens its doors for another round of applicants to undertake gardening therapy.
Designed to improve social skills, abilities and gardening knowledge, the community garden believes nature has lasting physical and mental benefits.
Participants will work on all areas of gardening in the community garden and greenhouses across all weather.
During the 14 week programme, participants can choose to attend their weekly sessions on Mondays or Thursdays either in the morning or afternoon.
While the programme usually costs £50 per session, funding can be made available.
Located in south London, Walworth Garden is run by head gardener Oli Haden, who says the course acts as a perfect stepping stone into the horticultural industry.
