I grew this spearmint from seed, I didn't thin them and they're starting to get rather tall. Should I separate this out into different pots? Move all into a bigger pot? Sacrifice some? Clearly I'm a newbie!
Mint is impossible to kill, to do whatever you want with it Lol. Just don’t mix it with other items, as it will take over whatever container you have it in

You picked a great herb for a first plant. It’s very hardy and aggressive. Depending on how much mint you use, you can pinch the tips to make it grow a bit bushier or pot it into a slightly larger pot and start pinching it once it begins to fill that one.
