My plants aren’t producing very many peppers this year. I just have one plant of each: reaper, scorpion, scotch bonnet, habanero, tabasco, jalapeno.

The other peppers aren’t quite fully ripe yet but when it’s all said and done I’ll have 6 reapers, 5 scorpions, 5 habaneros, 7 scotch bonnets, 8 jalapeños and the only plant that has a lot is the tabasco which I’ll have about 25.

I was thinking about either drying them and making pepper flakes or using all of them to make one bottle of sauce or something… lol.

Any ideas are appreciated!

That’s more than enough for a few bottles, unless you mean quarts.

  2. I freeze mine until I have enough or the end of the season, then thaw and add some fresh ones and/or fresh garlic/carrots/onion to get the ferment going. Or just dehydrate and make flakes.

    Dehydrate and grind into powder.
    Sauce

Put them on pizza or mix in burger meat

thats enough to make 2 or 3 maybe even 5, or more depending on how much you like, hot sauce jars. you can use like a mango, some garlic, vinegar, honey, and 2 of these and make a crazy delicious hot sauce for example
