I have a 500sqft greenhouse that is all organically planted and maintained.

I just found out the gardener has been using wasp spray in the greenhouse, and in the last couple days, he used 2 full cans, all without my permission. I've never had a problem with the wasps and find they eat the affids and act as pollinators as well.

When he used these products, there were no fans going and the doors were left closed after application. I did notice residue on some of the plans.

I'm now reluctant to eat the produce. Kale, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and a large host of herbs.

I'd appreciate the opinions of other gardeners here.

I use soapy water and it knocks down wasps as quick as the poison.

Pyrethrin is a organic insecticide, 0.2% permethrin is less than most camping clothing bug sprays.
    Rinse vegetables and enjoy
