She is beautiful. She is big. AND She stresses me out. I got this plant about a month ago and have only watered it once, under a cold shower stream. Is that an okay way to water a succulent? It’s so big that I don’t have many other options

That is honestly one of the most gorgeous burros tails I’ve ever seen! The growth is soooo compact and the leaves are all so plump!!!!
As for watering, given its size and length of the stems, you’re pretty limited. Bottom watering could be an option dependent on size/weight and how flexible those arms are. But top watering should also be fine (succulents get rained on in nature) so long as the plant has good airflow to help water trapped between leaves dry. Out of those two options, I’d personally go with bottom watering if that’s actually doable with the size of this plant, though you’d admittedly eventually get to a point regardless where that would no longer be an option.

I water mine every other week or so, from the top, you should be fine. Great lookin plant!
