Calathea leaves rolled up


When I bought this Calathea it already had a few rolled up leaves. Is there any chance of these leaves unrolling? I’m not sure if I should cut them off or give them a chance to unroll. Any suggestions? Also any advice on how to prevent future leaves from rolling up would be appreciated 🙂

    This is how new leaves look, they are preparing to unfurl. No need to cut them off.
