[Music] Hi, I’m Janaro from Pavilion. Here we are in a garden kitchen and we grow beautiful herbs and vegetables to make a cooking demonstration and to use in the kitchen and maybe some of them will end up on your beautiful dish. Here we have some parsley and uh I will chop a nice bunch to bring to the kitchen that they can use for today dish. Normally when you chop the parsley you can leave five uh cm 1 2 ines growth and this will grow back and you can harvest another time new parsley for your beautiful dish. Now over here next to the parsley we have the nastorium very lovely to taste the small and young leaves and flowers. They will give really a peppery taste to our salads. And next to our herbs, we have uh more herbs that are just right now in flower. So we will feed not only ourself but even a beautiful wildlife. [Music] In this section passing through the the oregano, we have other aromatic plants from the same family like the sage and the thyme. And the sage is really lovely to bake your potato with. And next to it, chives that will give really an oniony flavor to your favorite dish. This way we have more fragrant plants like citrlissa, but we have even exotic edible plants like do you know that the hosta is an edible plants in Japan they eat them? I would never expect that. Here we are given some uh uh blackberries. You can recognize it from the fragrant smell. And at this stage they are very young and next year we will harvest some berries for our nice ice cream. This is another unusual uh plant edible plant that will be a ground cover. A sugar repentance will give really nice purple flower and um is really lovely attractive for pollinator. And here at the back a very good plant that will grow in the shade and the leaves are really peppery. Uh facing this wall we have expal trees uh apple trees very lovely and they are just right uh fruiting and maturing their very juicy apples.
