Beautiful plant. There are definitely people out there who are willing to pay not to have to wait for growth

Ours is hitting the 9 ft ceiling. We’re just rolling with it.

250 minimum. When was the last time it was repotted?

If I owned a business and wanted it for the lobby or bright office I’d pay $300-500. For my house, closer to the low end.
mystend
$400
Kilsimiv
$200-400

I’d say up to 400-500k, but it depends where you live. High ceilings and big windows can really drive up the cost of a home. 🤷🏻♀️
NoorInayaS
I’d say it still has plenty of room left to grow. 🤣
If you want to slow it down, though, just chuck it into a MASSIVE POT. Force it to focus on roots for a year or two. 😂😂
Froglegs61
No, no, no…it’s time to buy a new house!!
Training_Gene3443
The problem is that most people wouldn’t want it for the same reason you want to sell it.

Is that pot tipping over?
emiftf
why not chop and prop so you can keep a piece?
KCFlightHawk
Awesome plant! Good luck on finding a good new home for it.
Ok-Magician2778
Sell props from her and keep the mother plant!
PufffPufffGive
Sell the piano !!
Inevitable-Section10
200 to 300 if you’re really looking to sell it
TAanonReddit08
I still see like 1 year of growth room in that vaulted ceiling. Give that baby a beautiful big pot and make it the focal point of that window!
Otherwise I’d say somewhere around $400 to $600 isn’t unreasonable for a gorgeous plant like that
Cultural_Wash5414
It’s got at least another year or two before it touches the ceiling, so you have time!
cognitive_dissent
just cut some leaves, why do you need to sell it just because it got big
Synamin870
You still have easily 3 feet of growing room.. keep it!
InternalEquipment268
Dang that thing is 1.5 my size 😂😂😂

It looks like this *without* a moss pole? cries

I would just let it take over the house honestly. Let it start climbing sideways and stuff. Make a scaffolding
carbonbasedcat
I’ve had one the same size and condition for sale on fb market place for 2 months, listed it for 300, people offered 250. I eventually gave up and relisted it for $250 and now I’m getting $150 offers. No one seems to want to pay market price for monstera anymore.
Mr_sweet_and_awful
Can you move it outside? Ceilings are higher outdoors
W8n_on_S8n
Just cut it and sell the cutting
Environmental-Look-9
I’ll buy a propegations from you so you can downsize 😂😂
Objective_Cry_9535
Build a sunroom on outside of that wall! She deserves her own bedroom 💯
SouthFloridaLuna
The entire back wall of my house is floor to ceiling windows/glass doors and I have 18’ -22’ ceilings depending on what part of the house you’re in. I volunteer!!
trance4ever
its a common monstera, not worth much, despite the size, I got this 8 leaves thai con for $50

Why not Chop and prop instead.
