  1. Move the pile of rocks over to the single rock so it isn’t lonely or make an inukshuk.

  2. Flame thrower. Boiling water. Pick it by hand. Next question.

I’d start with a French drain, but honestly it may be too late. Pretty sure it moved because of landscaping fabric.

    This is brilliant.

*If it was me…* I’d get permits for an excavator. Possibly a licensed helicopter pilot to bring in his aircraft. We could get a team of rigging professionals and engineers to attach the unstacked rock to the support cable from the helicopter. Once the rock is transported and unbridled, a *new* team of engineers can determine the final resting angle to prevent any unnecessary settling in the future. Also, add a French drain.

Should be able to knock that out on a Saturday.

Maybe it’s like the moving rocks in death valley…..

You’re going to have to find someone on Facebook marketplace to sell that rock to. It’s the only way.

Time to sell the house. Make it somebody else’s problem.

Those are non-native rocks, I’m calling the garden cops.

Put a fb ad up that says “$50 rock if you come and remove it”

Counseling! Apparently the lone rock is feeling inadequate, maybe ostracized or bullied. A dual development plan, 1) a self esteem development plan for the lone rock and 2) a team building activity for the pile.

Get three estimates then get your friend’s brother who knows a guy to call you next week.

You should plant shrubs around the rock pile. And then plant a shrubs around the rock.

  14. You’re halfway there!

In Landscaping there are 2 important things,

    * Land, which you have,
    * and Scaping, which you still need.

Most people are familiar with the scaping of goats, which is where a goat is blamed for whatever is wrong.

Once you get a goat, it will stand on the small pile of rocks, and you can then blame it for the rock that isn’t on the pile, completing your landscaping adventure.

Also, since the goat is at fault, the lone rock is clearly no longer your problem, so you can leave it where it is.

Everyone will now compliment you on what a wonderful job you’ve done!

Your house will also have increased street appeal and instantly be worth at least $20k more!

I can’t see you coming out of this for less than $12,000
