For these July started tomatoes for fall harvest, should I just go ahead and put them in their designated spots outside or pot up and keep under lights longer inside (temp sits about what the pic shows)

Some of my tomato starts, like Roma, are doing really well outside even without shade. The others need some additional shade, like from other plants, or a shade sail.

Hmm. These are all heirloom varieties for the most part. But majority of my garden is under 40% shade so I guess it’s time to toss them in the yard and get ready for some brassica starting late August

  3. These are still a bit small for the garden and the pot is so big on each one there’s no need to get into a bigger pot. You can get them outside to harden off for the next week or two, though. Just be sure to water daily.
