    Can you share how you do tissue culture in that medium? I have a recipe I follow but it uses a gel to culture under extreme sanitation standards. My recipe Tissue cloning
    – [ ] Distilled water
    – [ ] Migi and scog MS basil salt medium
    – [ ] Granulated sugar
    – [ ] Gellin gum
    – [ ] Plant growth regulator PGR
    – [ ] Hydroponic up and down ph regulators
    – [ ] Metal tweezers
    Recipe (makes 1 liter)
    – [ ] Full MS( approx 4.54 g/L
    – [ ] 30 g/L sucrose
    – [ ] 1.0 mg/L BAP
    – [ ] 0.1 mg/L IBA
    adjust pH to 5.7
    Sterilize
