   It’s a celosia cristata or also known as cocks comb or just amaranth 😅 lovely plant! Watering once a week should be fine, it’s also drought resistant☺️

   Amaranth tricolour by the looks of it, which is safe to eat and rather popular

   I’m not 1000% sure on if it is a tricolour but it is an amaranth, not all types are edible but most are
