Can anyone tell me what the spots are on my White Princess? I can’t see any pests (I was thinking spider mites) but treated it with insecticidal soap anyway. Thanks in advance for any information or advice!
is this in a spot that gets direct sun or lots of light? also how’s your watering schedule look?

Bad spider mite infestation. It’s clear in your second picture where the petioles attaches to the leaf you can see the webbing.
While expensive, I would highly recommend predatory mites if you want to knock out the infestation.

to each their own on the moisture meter however i haven’t had much luck with it as it can be pretty inaccurate. i just use my finger for all my plants, i have several hundred houseplants, and when its alllllllllllmost completely dry but not yet, is when ill water. or if you can pick the plant up with all the dirt attached, it needs water. i saw someone say something about spider mites but i dont have any issues with those so may be worth looking into. for light, i just make sure not to put plants too close to grow lights, especially variegated leaves like the pink princess has, variegation can cause leaves to burn much easier.

I have the same spots! But not seeing any spidermites currently

Someone else mentioned spider mites but the orange dots are rust fungus. You may have mites and rust fungus. Quarantine it and nuke them from orbit. Copper fungicide for the rust and your choice for spider mites. I never had luck using organic means.
