Scored this amazing terrarium from the 1970's on FB marketplace. It's HUGE – 30" W x 15" D x 18" H. Bottom isn't waterproof, so I'm going to clean it out and seal it w/ silicone before I put in the leca false bottom. Location is a bright south facing window that gets maybe 1-2hrs of direct sun due to all the foliage outside.

What should I plant in this thing? I have some mosses, ferns, and mini oak leaf fig on standby, was thinking maybe some nerve plants. It really wants 2 "showpiece" plants but I'm not that great w/ plants in general. Was thinking begonia ferox but worried about direct sun + that old window gets cold in winter.

Any ideas?

Damn that would make an awesome tank to make a mini ecosystem with some inverts
