You’re a lucky one I only am able to propagate by placing it on top of the growing medium and keep watching it for new growth and that the new roots are covered and the growing medium is still wet enough for the new roots not to die off.

I would let it keep growing roots in the water. I recommend waiting until there are secondary roots (new roots growing off of roots) at least. The more robust the roots are, the better the chances the plant has when you transition it from water to soil.

I use a prop box with damp perlite under a grow light. Seems to work well for me.
