My mother in law gave me this Chinese money plant this weekend. I bought the right soil, different pots to separate the 2 plants, and I would like to repot them, however I’m not sure how to approach the bigger plant. I’m worried it will snap once it gets bigger and heavier? I temporarily stuck two skewers in the soil to support it until I repot it. She watered it just before rehoming it, so I haven’t done that yet.
She also kept it in her very dark kitchen and now the plant only seems happy in a dark room. I tried putting it in indirect sunlight and it became super droopy. Please help!

It’s most likely drooping because the soil is wet. Decreasing light decreases the plant’s ability to process water.
